Our Story
It all started with a complaint. A complaint every one of us might be familiar with.
Jason Radcliff, whose wife happened to be a supervisor at a quick service restaurant, came home late one day. Turned out, the system at her restaurant went down due to an IT hiccup, which ended up stalling orders and delaying things.
That’s when Jason realized that he could use his extensive IT experience and solve this seemingly harmless issue. Making peoples, and above all his wife’s life, a bit easier.
And this is the humble story of how NTCP came to be!
